Is your car on BidFax?

The VIN is on the windscreen (driver’s side), the door frame and the registration document.

BidFax publishes vehicle listings that anyone can open. If your car has one, it shows the car’s photos and the price it was bought for, and it can turn up in Google when someone searches the VIN. This site is about one thing: getting that listing taken down.

One listing, two addresses

BidFax runs under two addresses, bidfax.info and en.bidfax.info. The same car can have a page on each, so taking down only one of them would leave the other online. The removal offered here covers both:

  • the full listing in the BidFax database, with its photos and the purchase price;
  • the vehicle page on bidfax.info and on en.bidfax.info;
  • the Google result for that page, once the page itself is gone.

Normal or fast

The removal comes in two speeds. The work is identical; only the deadline and the price differ.

Option Price Turnaround
Normal $29.98 12–24 hours
Fast $39.99 shorter — shown on the option at checkout

Orders are handled around the clock, seven days a week. All you need is the VIN: the 17 characters on the driver’s-side door frame, at the base of the windscreen or on the registration document. It is a digital product — nothing is shipped, and the request is applied to your VIN once the order arrives.

What we do with your order

Once the order arrives, the rest is our job:

  1. We file the removal request with BidFax for the listing on both addresses.
  2. We follow it up until the pages are gone. If BidFax wants proof that the car is yours, we tell you what it needs.
  3. We confirm to you when the pages have been processed, and then ask Google to drop the old results.

The normal option is done within 12–24 hours; either option can take 1–2 days longer during Google updates or technical problems on the servers. Payment is by card, PayPal or USDT on CleanVINUSA’s checkout. A listing we have removed stays gone. If the car later goes through another auction, or another site reposts an old copy, that new page is a new case and a new order.

The days after the page comes down

Two things can trail behind the removal itself, and both are expected:

  1. Photos. Image copies can stay visible for up to 3 days after the listing is gone.
  2. Google. The search result usually catches up 1–2 days after the page is removed, because Google first has to revisit the address.

What a BidFax removal leaves untouched

People often call this “VIN removal”, yet no VIN disappears from anywhere official. What comes down is a public page on a third-party website. These stay exactly as they are:

  • the title brand and the NMVTIS record;
  • insurance claims;
  • history reports such as Carfax or AutoCheck;
  • copies of the same record on other websites, which this request does not reach.

Why owners ask for it

A BidFax page links a VIN to pictures of the car — sometimes showing plates, papers or things left inside — and to the price it changed hands for. As long as the page is online, anyone who searches the VIN can find it. Most owners who order this simply want their car’s photos and price off a public page. It is a privacy decision, and it is the only service this site offers.

How it works

  1. Check your VIN

    The checker shows whether your car is on BidFax and what the page shows.

  2. Order

    Order the removal on CleanVINUSA’s checkout. The VIN goes with the order.

  3. Listing taken down

    We file the removal request and follow it up until the page is gone, then ask Google to drop the old result.

Frequently asked questions

My car appears on both bidfax.info and en.bidfax.info. Do I need two orders?

No. One BidFax removal covers the vehicle page on both addresses, together with the photos and the purchase price in the listing.

What is the difference between the normal and the fast option?

Only the deadline and the price. The normal option costs $29.98 and takes 12–24 hours; the fast option costs $39.99 and runs on a shorter deadline. What gets taken down is the same in both cases.

The listing is gone, but I can still see the photos. Why?

Image copies live apart from the page and can stay visible for up to 3 days after the listing comes down. Google’s image results also need a little longer to refresh than the page itself.

Can I contact BidFax myself?

You can, and it costs nothing. When we checked in October 2026 we could not find a removal procedure published by BidFax, and requests without a clear basis often go unanswered — following them up until the listing is down is the work we do.

Will this change what a history report says about the car?

No. Carfax, AutoCheck, NMVTIS and the title brand are separate systems, and a request to a listing website does not reach them. Anyone who buys a report for the VIN gets the same report as before.

What do I need to place the order?

The VIN. If you start from the checker on this page, it is attached to the order for you; otherwise, enter it on the product page before adding the removal to the cart. Payment goes through CleanVINUSA’s checkout.
